On behalf of the Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for the GRES 2024 Exhibition on the 2nd and 3rd of November.

To our traders and exhibitors: your incredible displays, products, and expertise truly brought the event to life. Thank you for your dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm, which made this exhibition an unforgettable experience for all who attended.

To our society members and volunteers: your hard work behind the scenes ensured the smooth running of the event. Whether setting up, assisting visitors, or tirelessly supporting throughout the weekend, your efforts did not go unnoticed.

A special thanks to George Marcar, our Exhibition Manager, for your leadership and passion in organising this event. As George so perfectly said, “It’s not just my exhibition, it is our exhibition.” This collective spirit is what makes GRES events so special.

Thank you all for making GRES 2024 such a success. We look forward to seeing you at our 50th exhibition in November 2025 as we continue to celebrate our shared love of railway history and modelling.

With gratitude,
The Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society Committee
